I placed an order for a set of rear coil springs for my 2006 Subaru Forester XT on January 19th. Today, on January 30th, my order arrived. Shipping from Latvia to Greece was just 19 euros! Plus, I found the best price around! You can bet I’ll be a regular at this store! They excel in every aspect, items were as described and readily available, and there were no hidden fees. They even use DHL Deutsche Post! What more could anyone want to feel completely satisfied? Shop with trust...

The website claimed the item was available and promised to ship it the following day. After I made the payment, I reached out two days later. They informed me that they no longer had that item in stock and that the site 'does not' provide accurate info. This really stressed me out and caused delays, making me wait over a week to get my money back. My advice? Find another supplier and don’t get tricked!!

I could really use some advice. I'm located in Australia and I've come across reviews from fellow Aussies claiming that the shipping service is decent. However, when I try to place an order, the site just won't let me ship to Australia.

I've been using Trodo.com for a good while now and they've been pretty awesome. You can snag high-quality parts for the same price or even cheaper than mid-range or low-end options in Ireland. My top tip? Have your vehicle's VIN handy; they'll verify the parts for your specific ride. The only downside I've encountered is their delivery method. They rely on DHL for shipping to Ireland, and let me tell you, Express delivery can really hit your wallet hard. For instance, my last order was quoted at €75 for Express, and it wasn't even that heavy—under 10kg. To be fair, the parts usually show up within 4 to 5 days. Standard delivery is a more reasonable €12, but you might be waiting over 2 weeks for your stuff to arrive. I run my own online shop, and we ship boxes up to 25 kg all over Europe daily with a well-known courier for €25 to €45, and they always get there in about 4 to 6 working days. So, yeah, Trodo's delivery fees are a bit steep unless you're okay with waiting! Other than that, they’re exceptional!

I was looking for a top radiator hose for my Skoda Superb at the local dealer, but they said it wouldn't be available until 15/08/22, and my car was out of commission until then. I signed up with Trodo on 25/7 and had the part at my door in just 2 days. Now, I just gotta install it and give it a test run. Excellent service, if you ask me. I reused part of the hose that had gone bad (the small air vent pipes for the heater matrix and the link pipe to the header tank). The issue was with the tiny vent pipe from the top radiator hose manifold that had worn down on the rib of the air filter box, which connected to the header tank link pipe. I removed the old metal hose clips and put on new jubilee clips instead. All done! It was a bit of a hassle to take everything apart, but I've got the rest of the hose in case it gives out later.
